    Create your account and get verified, then set up your classes. If a colleague already uses Budget Challenge, ask them to invite you from the Manage Teaching Team page — you'll skip verification and be ready right away.

    Teacher Registration with Certification

    Become FIT Capability Certified, and earn one year of Budget Challenge on us.

    Register here and you're automatically enrolled in FIT Capability Certification. You'll run the same 10 week simulation your students will, experiencing it from the student's seat, so you learn exactly how Budget Challenge works. Earn at least 7 of the 9 trophies and you'll receive a credential endorsed by the Foundation for Economic Education. If your school is new to Budget Challenge, you'll also earn a free year of the program.

    • Learn the program by running the full 10-week simulation yourself.
    • Earn the FEE-endorsed FIT credential — a real teaching credential.
    • A good score earns a free year — for schools new to Budget Challenge.
    • No budget required — the easiest way to evaluate the program.

    The certification is open to every teacher — even if you're joining a team or already registered. The free year is our welcome offer for schools that haven't used Budget Challenge before.
