Introducing our New Default Curriculum Schedule for 2021

We've developed a comprehensive curriculum to cover more topics. Our default curriculum and quiz schedule now starts 3 weeks prior to the simulation start date in order to fit in as much as possible. The chapters and quizzes become available to view and take each week, but all are open for the entirety of the simulation by default, to provide as much flexibility in teaching as possible. The only quiz that closes before the end of the simulation is the pre-simulation assessment, which is just that - an assessment of a student's knowledge before the simulation starts.

Of course, all of this can be further moved around and adjusted by you by editing the curriculum and quiz schedule for your class by clicking the pencil icon next to your class on Teacher Home. You may want to rearrange the order of the chapters, remove certain chapters that aren't relevant, or even set due dates that are week to week instead of all of them being the last day of the simulation. We even have an additional chapter that is not included in our default schedule which is Chapter 17 - Paying for College. You can also choose to assign this chapter/quiz if you feel it suits your students better.
